1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one 88casino account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88casino are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply:

• Accepted payment methods: 88casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.

88casino reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88casino Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of 88casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

88casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• As required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Where closure results from a breach, 88casino reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

11. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 88casino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
